I didn’t just study yoga—I lived it, breathed it, and let the jungle of Costa Rica weave it into my soul (sloths and howler monkeys included). With certifications in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Primal Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, I’ve trained in movement that heals, breath that calms, and practices that meet you exactly where you are—no pretzel poses required.
My approach? It’s not about touching your toes—it’s about touching yourself with kindness. I blend yoga, Reiki, EFT, somatic release, and breathwork to help students unwind, rewire, and remember their wholeness.
