Teaching brings me joy and purpose. It’s a pleasure to hold a space where people can move, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I fell in love with yoga and completed my 200-hour YTT in Costa Rica not realizing at the time just how fulfilling teaching would become. Since then, I’ve primarily taught Hot Flow, Yin, Restore, and HIIT.
My own practice is what grounds and energizes me, it keeps me connected to why I teach. My yoga classes are slower paced, rooted in breath and alignment, and offer the chance to build strength and awareness from the inside out. My fitness classes bring a more upbeat, challenging energy. Expect to move, sweat, and surprise yourself.
I’m thoughtful with sequencing and care deeply about your experience, but I also believe in keeping things light. We’re not chasing perfection, we are tuning into the movement, building functional strength, and evolving along the way.
My favorite moments as a teacher are the quiet signs of transformation; when you realize you’re getting stronger, or leave class with a sigh and a smile.
Outside the studio, I love to push my limits, travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time adventuring with my husband and our fur baby, Toby.
