I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in yoga massage. With a background in massage therapy and a deep curiosity about body mechanics, I bring an integrative approach to teaching that blends mindful movement with functional alignment.

As a hypermobile practitioner, I’m passionate about making yoga sustainable and safe for every body. My classes emphasize embodiment over performance, encouraging students to follow sensation, explore creative pathways, and cultivate resilience.

For me, yoga is more than a practice—it’s a lifelong conversation between body, breath, and spirit. Through playful exploration and thoughtful sequencing, I aim to empower students to move with ease, curiosity, and self-trust, both on and off the mat.
