I am a lover of movement, breath, and soul-stirring experiences. I fall back on yoga, breathwork, and meditation to strengthen my self-trust, create calm in the chaos, and foster deep connection all around me. Since 2018, I’ve been teaching and blending my background in integrative health and psychology with various formats of yoga to deliver experiences that invite students to tap into their own wisdom and inner teacher.
I specialize in vinyasa and am a 500 E-RYT, but I’m also certified in NLP, Mental and Emotional Release™, hypnosis, Deep Stretch and Meditation, Buti, Sculpt, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. I see myself as an initiator—someone who loves to cultivate spaces where people can drop into their bodies and connect to their souls for deep and lasting transformation.
Off the mat, you’ll usually find me exploring nature with my pup or empowering young professionals to move from burnout to balance as the CEO and lead coach at Heart and Home Connection.
