I discovered Hot Yoga in 2004, and it immediately ignited a lifelong passion for the practice. In 2015, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification with a focus on Hot Yoga, followed by a 300-hour advanced training in Integrated Vinyasa™ in 2020. In 2022, I expanded my teaching to include Aerial Yoga®, earning my certification that same year. I’m also a certified AFAA fitness instructor with over two decades of experience in movement and wellness.
I teach Hot 26 & 2, Baptiste-style Power Vinyasa, Integrated Vinyasa™, and Aerial Yoga®. My classes combine athletic challenge with compassion and accessibility, always emphasizing safe alignment, intentional movement, and the deep connection between mind and body.
For me, yoga is so much more than physical—it’s a way to live with greater awareness, balance, and intention. My goal is to create a space where students feel empowered, supported, and free to explore their own personal practice.
