I will always be a student first and a teacher second. I’ve been practicing yoga for fifteen years and teaching for ten. For me, yoga began as a form of stress relief — a place to shake off the day, tend to past injuries, and become more attuned to the subtle movements of my body.
My adventurous spirit led me to travel for three years, expanding my cultural understanding of what it means to live in balance. I’ve taught students of all ages and levels, and I believe deeply in making yoga accessible to anyone who walks into my class.
When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me Latin dancing, baking, or writing poetry somewhere in the woods. I live in Lafayette and am excited to keep sharing, growing, and learning within this beautiful community.
