Yoga entered my life during college when I joined an 8-week class at the gym, driven by curiosity and a lifelong love of movement. At first, the practice didn’t quite land—I hadn’t yet found “my kind of yoga,” and the connection just wasn’t there. So, like many, I stepped away for a while.
Years later, after a deeply personal loss, I found myself seeking something more—something grounding, healing, and empowering. That search brought me back to my mat, where I discovered heated vinyasa. The intensity, mindfulness, and flow reawakened something in me.
Yoga became not just a physical practice, but a lifeline—a way to reconnect with gratitude, presence, and inner strength.
Today, I teach from that place of lived experience. My philosophy is simple: Love this life— because it’s the one you know you’ve got. I believe in showing up with heart, honoring both challenge and rest, and finding the beauty and magic in the ordinary.
In my classes, you’ll find weekly themes woven through intelligent sequences—designed to strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where breath leads the way and community fuels the journey. Whether it’s vinyasa, 26+2, yin, restore, or Inferno Hot Pilates, every class is an invitation to move with purpose and live with presence.
Come flow with me—let’s breathe, sweat, and transform together.
