I discovered yoga in January 2023 after the sudden loss of my brother. My daughter encouraged me to take a class, and although it was incredibly challenging, it gave my mind a place to rest. When I later lost my dad, I fell into a deep depression—but the support and community at the studio helped carry me through. Eventually, I said yes to a 200-hour teacher training, and yoga became my path to healing. Through movement and breath, I’ve found balance, purpose, and peace—and I’m passionate about sharing that gift with others.
