I discovered yoga at a young age, but it wasn’t until becoming a mother 19 years ago that my practice deepened in transformative ways. Yoga has been my sanctuary—grounding me, nurturing my mental well-being, and offering peace in life’s most turbulent times.
With over 25 years as a psychotherapist, I bring a trauma-informed, inclusive approach to teaching, blending mental health awareness with the ancient wisdom of yoga. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where every body feels supported and empowered to move, breathe, and connect within.
In my classes, you can expect gentle yet powerful flows, mindful breathwork, and themes of self-acceptance and resilience—inviting you to honor your body, meet yourself where you are, and explore yoga as a path to healing and inner peace.
