Hello! I’m Molly—a Midwestern gal now living in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. My family and I relocated from Indiana in 2023. After exploring various studios and fitness spaces in the area, I realized none felt quite right. When the opportunity arose to create the space I envisioned, I jumped in wholeheartedly.

I’ve been teaching yoga, fitness, and bodywork for nearly 20 years. I’m a classically trained Pilates Instructor, E-RYT 200/YACEP, Certified Breathwork Coach, and Roll Model Method® Practitioner. I’m deeply passionate about helping others feel empowered in their bodies and strive to educate students on the “why” behind each movement. My approach is rooted in simplicity—using effective, accessible techniques tailored to the individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—every body is different, and your practice should reflect that.

When I’m not teaching or practicing, you’ll find me outdoors with my husband of 20 years, our three kids (ages 13, 16, and 20), and our two Hungarian Vizslas, Indy and Ruby. We love hiking and exploring the incredible beauty of the Rocky Mountains. We’re so grateful to call Colorado home.
