I discovered yoga in my early 20s, and it quickly became a grounding force in my life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’m not sure who I’d be without the practice, and I’m endlessly grateful for the way it continues to shape and support me. In 2016, I felt a clear calling to begin guiding others on their own yoga journeys, and I’ve been sharing yoga ever since with a deep respect for both its meditative and movement-based aspects. My classes are an invitation to connect inward, move with intention, and explore the balance between effort and ease.
